Mates to Dangling Geometry
When you change the geometry of a component so that the mate can no
longer be satisfied, the mate becomes dangling.
A concentric mate exists between the shaft and the small diameter on
the cap. Later, you add a fillet to the cap, eliminating the small cylindrical
face. The concentric mate to that face can no longer be solved.
