Create Assembly PropertyManager

When you split a single part into separate parts using a split feature, you can create an assembly from the Split  feature in the FeatureManager design tree.

To create an assembly using the Create Assembly PropertyManager:

  1. In a single part document, insert a split feature.

You must split and save the bodies as individual parts.

  1. Right-click the Split feature in the FeatureManager design tree and select Create Assembly.

  2. In the PropertyManager, click Browse, navigate to a folder, type an assembly name in the Save As dialog box for File name, then click Save.

  3. Click .
