Web Folders

Web Folders allow multiple users to share and work on files across the Internet. A Web Folder is a shortcut to a web server. Using the SolidWorks eDrawings Viewer, you can save files to web folders, and open files from web folders.

To save files to a web folder:

  1. Click File, Save As or File, Save Markup.

  1. Select Web Folders , browse to a web folder, then click Save.

To open files from a web folder:

  1. Click Open or File, Open.

  2. Select Web Folders , browse to a web folder, select a file, then click Open.
