IMakeIsoCurves Method (ISurface)

Creates curves on a surface.

.NET Syntax

Visual Basic (Declaration)
Function IMakeIsoCurves( _
   ByRef UvRange As Double, _
   ByRef Dir As Double, _
   ByVal Angle As Double, _
   ByVal Tol As Double, _
   ByVal CurveCount As Integer, _
   ByRef Curves As Curve, _
   ByRef CurveBounds As Double _
) As Boolean
Visual Basic (Usage)
Dim instance As ISurface
Dim UvRange As Double
Dim Dir As Double
Dim Angle As Double
Dim Tol As Double
Dim CurveCount As Integer
Dim Curves As Curve
Dim CurveBounds As Double
Dim value As Boolean
value = instance.IMakeIsoCurves(UvRange, Dir, Angle, Tol, CurveCount, Curves, CurveBounds)
bool IMakeIsoCurves(
   ref double UvRange,
   ref double Dir,
   double Angle,
   double Tol,
   int CurveCount,
   out Curve Curves,
   out double CurveBounds
bool IMakeIsoCurves(
&   double% UvRange,
&   double% Dir,
&   double Angle,
&   double Tol,
&   int CurveCount,
&   [Out] Curve^ Curves,
&   [Out] double CurveBounds

Array of 4 doubles indicating the range of the surface to use (see Remarks)

Array of 3 doubles indicating the direction of projection on the surface (see Remarks)

Angle relative to dir where to create the curves
Tolerance of the curves
Number of curves to create (see Remarks)
Array of curves of size CurveCount
Array of doubles of size 2*Curves indicating the parametric bounds of the curve

Return Value

True if curves are created on the surface, false if not

The UvRange argument is an array of 4 doubles indicating the minimum and maximum U and V values:

[ u_min, u_max, v_min, v_max ]

The dir argument is an array of 3 doubles representing the unit vector:

[ x, y, z ]

Before calling this method, call ISurface::IGetMakeIsoCurvesCount.
