Configuring Custom Properties

You can configure custom properties from the Modify Configurations dialog box.
Alternatively, you can configure custom properties from the Configuration Specific tab in the Summary Information dialog box. Access the dialog box by clicking File > Properties.
  1. At the bottom of the Modify Configurations dialog box, click Hide/Show Custom Properties .

The Custom Properties column appears. Subcolumns appear for properties that are already configured. If the model does not contain configured properties, a New Property column appears.

  2. To configure other existing properties, click at the top of the Custom Properties column, select one or more properties, and click in a blank area of the dialog box.

A column is added for each property you selected.

  3. To add a new property:
    1. Click at the top of the Custom Properties column and select **New Property at the bottom of the list.
    2. Click in a blank area of the dialog box.

      A New Property column appears.

    3. In the column header, right-click New Property and click Rename.
    4. Type a name and press Enter.
  4. To change property values, click in a cell and type.
