REVOLVE
Creates solids by revolving two-dimensional objects about an axis.
Specify:
1 Axis
of revolution - Object / X / Y / <Start point of axis>
Object - select an existing line or line segment
X - uses the positive X axis
Y - uses the positive Y axis
<Start point of axis> - specify a point
<End point of axis> - specify a second point
2 Angle
of revolution <full circle>
You can revolve polygons, circles, ellipses, and closed splines. You
can revolve only one object at a time.
The right-hand rule determines the direction of rotation. The positive
direction is:
Object - from the closest to the farthest endpoint
of the line
X - positive X axis direction
Y - positive Y axis direction
Specified axis - from the first point to the second
point
Specify the angle of revolution in degrees.
