Group Properties - Template Permissions

Use the Template Permissions page to set group access to vault templates.
You can also grant users and groups access when you create or edit templates.

To access this page, display the group's Properties dialog box.

  • For an existing group, expand the Groups node and double-click the group.
  • When creating groups, right-click Groups and select New Group.

In the left pane, click Template Permissions.

Template Templates available in this vault.
Access Templates group members can access when creating new documents in File Explorer.

Clear to remove permission.
