Columns

Columns provide a way to control how file data is displayed.
The following types of customizable column listings are available:
  • File List - Creates additional data card variable value columns to the file listing in Windows Explorer.
  • Search Result - Creates search result column listings in the search tool.

You can also customize the column lists that are displayed on the Bill of Materials tab in File Explorer and Item Explorer. See Bills of Materials.

Item Explorer columns cannot be customized.
