If the task fails, error notification recipients receive notifications.
To use the notification to troubleshoot the problem:

Open the notification message by doing one of the following:

If a notification balloon appears in the lower right corner of the screen, click it.
- If the Enterprise PDM icon in the notification area to the right of the taskbar indicates a notification , click it.

At any time, click the Enterprise PDM icon in the notification area and click Inbox. Expand the vault and click Task Notifications. In the upper right pane, click the appropriate message.
- In the notification, click the link to the error log.
Use the information in the error log to identify the problem.
You can also send the error log to Enterprise PDM Technical Support for assistance with the problem.
