You can create, save, and print detailed reports from file information in a vault using the Report Generator.

The Report Generator searches in the selected file vault for the information that you specify in one or more queries.
You add queries that are defined by .crp files to the Report Generator for use in running reports.
You add the files to be queried to the Selected files pane of the Report Generator.
You can create detailed reports from file information in a vault.
You can print Report Generator results, as well as export them into Excel.
