Logging In

Log in to an Enterprise PDM vault from Item Explorer to access the items and files stored there.

  1. Start Item Explorer.
  2. In the navigation pane, click a vault .

Depending on how Enterprise PDM is configured, you might be logged in automatically.

  3. In the dialog box, type your User name and Password for this vault, then click Log In.

If you do not know your user name or password, contact your Enterprise PDM administrator.

Once logged in, the Enterprise PDM icon appears in the Windows system tray at the bottom-right corner of your screen and is present until you exit Enterprise PDM. If you log out of Enterprise PDM, the icon remains.

You can log in to additional vaults by clicking a vault from Item Explorer, or by clicking the Enterprise PDM icon in the system tray and selecting Log In > vault name.
