Number/Scale Properties

Axis

  • X Axis. Select to apply properties to the x-axis.

  • Y Axis. Select to apply properties to the y-axis. Enter the specific y-axis in the Y Axis Number box below.

    • Y Axis Number. (Only available when Y Axis is selected.) Enter the y-axis whose properties you want to modify. Only used if more than one plot appears on the same chart. For more information see Motion Results PropertyManager.

Auto

Select any of the following to have the value automatically set, or clear to manually set the value.

  • Start Point. Minimum value for the axis.

  • End Point. Maximum value for the axis.

  • Major Units. Spacing between major unit tick marks along the select axis.

  • Minor Units. Spacing between minor unit tick marks along the select axis.

Number Format

  • General. Display numbers in general notation along the selected axis.

  • Scientific. Display numbers in scientific notation along the selected axis.

Decimal Places. Enter the number of decimal places to display for numbers along the selected axis.

Use 1000 Separator. Insert a comma to separate values in four-digit or greater labels.
