Stop the Vault Service

Before you perform maintenance on the vault, such as creating a backup copy of the vault, you must stop the vault service.

To stop the vault service:

In Windows, click Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services. Right-click Workgroup PDM Server, and select Stop.

NOTE: Start the vault service after you are finished with the maintenance.
