Status Bar

The status bar is located at the bottom of the SolidWorks eDrawings Viewer.

To display or hide the status bar:

 Click View, Status Bar.

When you move the pointer over a menu item, a brief description of the menu item appears on the left side of the status bar.

The right side of the status bar displays the following icons to indicate if a file is review or measure enabled:

  Review-enabled

  Not review-enabled

  Measure enabled

  Measure disabled.

The middle of the status bar displays an RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed.

  • Click a headline in the feed to view the complete article.

  • Click to view all SolidWorks feeds.

  • To hide the RSS feed, hide the status bar.
