DPartDocEvents_AddCustomPropertyNotifyEventHandler Delegate (SolidWorks.Interop.sldworks)

Post-notifies the user program when the user has added a custom property.

If developing a C++ application, use swPartAddCustomPropertyNotify to register for this notification.
