Opening Containing Folders for Documents

You can open the containing folder for a document from the Recent Documents list or the Open Documents list.

  • Do one of the following:
    • Click File, hover over the item for the recent document, and click Show in Folder  .
    • Click Window, hover over the item for the open document, and click Show in Folder  .
    • Click File > Browse Recent Documents or press R, hover over the item for the recent document, and click Show in Folder.
    • Click Window > Browse Open Documents or press Ctrl + Tab, hover over the item for the open document, and click Show in Folder.
