Parameters

Options
Feature fillet option as defined in swFeatureFilletOptions_e
R1
Radius for uniform radius edge fillet
Ftyp
Type of fillet as defined in swFeatureFilletType_e
OverflowType
Control of fillet overflowing onto adjacent surfaces as defined in swFilletOverFlowType_e
NRadii
Number of radii for variable radius fillet
Radii
Array of doubles containing the radii for the variable radius fillet
SetbackDistCount
Number of setback distances for the fillet along the edge
SetBackDistances
Array of doubles containing setback distances for the fillet along the edge of size SetbackDistCount
PointCount
Number of radius values at various points along the length of the edge
PointRadiusArray
Array of doubles of size PointCount

Example

Remarks

  • Face blend fillets: First set of faces are selected with mark 2 and the second set of faces with mark 4.

  • Multi-radius fillets: Use the Options parameter swFilletUniformRadius false and provide multiple radius using radii parameter. See the Create Multiple Radius Fillets (VBA) in Example.

  • Full-round fillet: Side face set1 = mark 2, center face set = mark 512, and side face set 2 = mark 4. See the Create Full Round Fillet (VBA) in Example.

  • Setback fillets: See the SolidWorks Help for details about
