Visual Basic (Usage)
Dim instance As ITexture
Dim value As System.String

instance.MaterialName = value

value = instance.MaterialName

   void set ( &   System.String^ value);

Property Value

Path and filename of the texture (see Remarks)

Example

Remarks

If the texture is a SolidWorks-supplied texture, then the path returned is:

<SystemTexture>\images\textures\<texture library>\<texture type>\<texture image file>

For example, <SystemTexture>\images\textures\plastic\brushed\bred.jpg.

NOTE: <SystemTexture> represents the path where the SolidWorks software was installed and the data subfolder. For example: C:\Program Files\SolidWorks\data.

If the texture is user-defined texture, then the path returned is:

drive:\<folder or folders>\<texture image file>

For example, D:\MyTextures\gear.jpg.

Call this property before calling ITexture::GetSystemTextureName. This property returns the fileNameIn argument for that method.
