Exporting Search Results

You can export search results as a comma-separated value (.csv) file.

  1. Click Tools > EPDM Searches and select a search.
  2. For each tab, specify search criteria and click Search > Start Search or Start search (toolbar).

For help with search criteria, see Searching in Data Cards.

  3. Click Search > Export Result or Save Search Result (toolbar).
  4. In the Export Search Result dialog box, browse to a location and enter a file name for the exported search results.

The search results file contains a comma-separated list with a row for each match. The content of each row corresponds to the columns in the search results window.
