Searching for Users

The Search tool lets you find particular users. You can also list users who are or are not logged in.

  1. Click Tools > EPDM Searches > Show Users.
  2. In the SOLIDWORKS Enterprise PDM Search tool, do one of the following:
    • To find a particular user, from User name, select the user. Click Show logged in users and Show non-logged in users.
    • To list all logged in users, clear the User name list, select Show logged in users, and clear Show non-logged in users.
    • To list users who are not logged in, clear the User name list, select Show non-logged in users, and clear Show logged in users.
  3. Click Start search or Search > Start Search .

    Users who meet the search criteria are displayed. The display shows information about them, including the time they logged in, if applicable.
