Creating Fillets and Chamfers as Assembly Features

You can create fillet and chamfer features in assemblies.

To create an assembly feature fillet or chamfer:

  1. Select edges or faces to fillet or chamfer.
  2. Click Fillet or Chamfer (Features toolbar), or click Insert > Assembly Feature, then Fillet or Chamfer.
  3. Set the options as needed in the Fillet or Chamfer PropertyManager. Under Feature Scope, specify which components you want the feature to affect.
