Issue: annotations and reference geometry do not display.

| Verify that any entities (such as planes) that are defined as reference geometry are selected in the View menu. |
To verify visibility of reference geometry:
- Click View.
- Select the appropriate menu entry.

| Verify that Annotations is selected in the FeatureManager design tree. |
Right-click Annotations  in the FeatureManager design tree and do the following:
- Select Display Annotations.
- Select Details to set annotation display filters and view options.
