Gets the first integration parameter of the modal time history dynamic study.

Remarks

This method is valid only if the time history integration method is Newmark. See ICWDynamicStudyOptions::GetTimeHistoryIntegrationMethod2 and ICWDynamicStudyOptions::SetTimeHistoryIntegrationMethod2.
