Creating Composite Curves

To create a composite curve:

  1. Click Composite Curve Tool_Composite_Curve_Curves.gif on the Curves toolbar, or click Insert > Curve > Composite.
  2. Click the items (sketch entities, edges, and so on) that you want to join.
    The selected items appear in the Composite Curve PropertyManager, under Entities to Join in the Sketches, Edges, and Curves to Join PM_guide_curves_sweep.gif box.
  3. Click PM_OK.gif.

    Select the edges on the model for the curve. Create the sweep profile sketch, then use the composite curve as the sweep path.

    Here is the completed sweep cut.
