Annotation Checks

On the Annotation Checks tab , click any of the following to add to the Build Checks requirements:

Arrow Style - Annotation Check

Select arrow styles based on size, attachments, etc., to evaluate arrows in the graphics area.

Use document's setting Ensures that the styles conform to:
  • Settings specified in Tools > Options > Document Properties > Annotations for edges, vertexes, faces, surfaces, or unattached parameters.
  • User-specified settings in another validation check.

Font Style

Select annotation font settings based on style, effects, etc., to evaluate fonts in the graphics area.

Use document's setting Ensures that the styles conform to those specified in Tools > Options > Document Properties > Annotations.

GTOL Datum

Identifies geometric tolerance symbols that are missing datum feature symbols.

Spell Checker

The Spell Checker cycles through entries in Annotations to locate spelling errors.

To correct spelling errors:

Double-click the annotation in the graphics area to edit the annotation in the SOLIDWORKS application and correct the misspellings.
