Formula Manager Enhancements

Enhancements for the Formula Manager include:

  • Long names in the interface, for example, COMPONENT_MARK_ROOT instead of COM_ROOT.
  • A tab displays a tree of available functions and operators. You can select a function or operator and add it to the formula with one click. The functions and operators include mathematical, data and string functions, and unitary, logic, relational, and arithmetic operators.
  • A Test button displays next to each formula. When you click Test, the Formula tester dialog box lets you test the formula and see the result.
  • When you create a formula, you can save it as a predefined formula.
