When you rotate a model, the rotation is influenced by the zoom level in the model. When the model is zoomed in, the rotation is about the closest entity on the model from the pointer. When the model is zoomed out, the rotation is about the center of the model.
Previously, the model always rotated about the center of the scene. Now the rotation behaves more like that in the SOLIDWORKS software.
