Perform basic workflow operations such as opening, saving, and rearranging the layout of a workflow.

You can open an existing workflow to view or edit it.
When you create or edit a workflow, the workflow appears in the right pane of the Administration tool. Controls that are specific to workflows are added to the Administration tool toolbar. You can also right-click to access shortcut menus.
When you change a workflow, you must save the changes for them to take effect.
Exit the workflow editor when you are done creating or editing workflows.
You can export a workflow to make a copy of the workflow in the same or another vault.
You can reposition workflow objects (transitions, states, workflow links, arrows) in the workflow editor to better reflect the workflow or to improve readability.
