Add Role Dialog Box

Use the Add Role dialog box to create roles for parallel transitions. A role lists the set of users who can run the parallel transition.

To open the dialog box, in a transition's Properties dialog box, select Parallel as the transition Type and click Add Role on the Roles tab.

If you double-click an existing role on the Roles tab, the Edit Role dialog box opens.
Name Identifies the role.

The name is added to the list that displays when you expand the Add Role button on the Roles tab of a transition's Properties dialog box.

Required Users Sets the number of users in this role who must run the transition before the file changes state.
Add Members Opens the Add Member dialog box, where you can select the users and groups to make members of the role.
Remove Member Removes the selected member from the role.
