Executing a Report Query

You execute report queries in the Report Generator, which you access from Windows Explore when logged into a vault.

To execute a report query:

  1. From Windows Explorer, log in to the vault for which you want to execute the report.
  2. Click Tools > Report Generator.
  3. In the Report Generator, click File > Import Query.
  4. Navigate to the location of the .crp file that defines the report, select it, and click Open.
  5. In the Query User Rights dialog box, select the groups and users to have access to the report and click OK.
    The report name appears in the Queries list.
  6. To run the report, select it from the list and click Execute Query (toolbar) or Edit > Execute Query .
    The report appears in the Result pane.
