Changing States via a Normal Transition

You can change the state of selected items and files to an available state in the workflow. With a normal transition, only one user is required to run the transition to change the file's state.

  1. Select the items and files, then right-click, select Change State, and select a transition from the list.
The items and files must be checked in.
  2. In the Do Transition dialog box, select Change State for all the items and files you want to transition.
  3. Type a Comment that describes your changes.
  4. Click OK.
Use the History command to view workflow transition history.
