To make it easier to find components, you can add custom properties, assign them to all or some components, and list the components with specific custom property values in the left pane of the CircuitWorks Component Library dialog box.
To add a custom property:
If you do not apply a property value to all components, you can assign values to individual components by editing component properties.
If you do not add a new column now, you can do so later by clicking Add column for available properties and selecting the custom property.
Deleting a custom property deletes it from all components.
To delete a custom property:
If you have added a column for the custom property, it remains.
