Specifying Export Results

When you create a SOLIDWORKS Inspection report for a project with a large number of results, you can specify the results to export on the Measurements tab in the Export to Excel dialog box.

Choose from the following options:

Option Description
All Exports all results to the report.
Results Exports the results you specify to the report.

Enter result numbers and measurement result ranges, separated by commas.

For example:

  • 1-10 exports the first 10 results.
  • 1-10,15,18 exports the first 10 results plus results 15 and 18.
Last n Exports the last n results, where n is a number you specify.

For example, if you type 10, the last 10 results are exported.
