Editing Sketch Points

You can change the number of sketch points you created with the Segment tool. Previously, you had to delete the points and use the Segment tool again.

To edit sketch points:

  1. Open a sketch on which you previously used the Segment tool.

    You must have created the sketch in SOLIDWORKS 2016 or later.
  2. Right-click an Equidistant relation icon and click Edit Segment Points.
  3. In the PropertyManager, edit the Number of Instances and click .
    The sketch updates with the specified segments.
