Gets the current background theme and colors of SOLIDWORKS.

Colors
Array of nine RGB (Red, Green, Blue) decimal values corresponding to the nine background color types of SOLIDWORKS as defined in swInterfaceBrightnessColor_e

SOLIDWORKS background theme as defined in swInterfaceBrightnessTheme_e
