Sorting Order in Columns

You can sort the default and custom columns in tables in ascending, descending, or default order by clicking column headers.

Sorting sequence for ascending order:

Column heading Sorting sequence
Type Assemblies
Drawings
Parts
Other (alphabetical by file type)
File Name Alphanumeric
Warnings Alphabetical
Copy or Move Turned off
Turned on
Version Cached value
If the cached values are equal, the software uses the vault values.
Checked Out By Alphabetical
Checked Out In Alphabetical
Found In Alphanumeric
Destination Folder Path Alphanumeric
Target File Name Alphanumeric
State Alphabetical

Integer number Numeric

Yes or No Alphabetical
