Use the Surface Curvature Combs PropertyManager to visually enhance of the slope and curvature of model faces.
To open the Surface Curvature Combs PropertyManager, do one of the following:
- Click .
- Click Surface Curvatures Combs
(View toolbar).
Faces
When you select Persistent under Display, polulate the Faces field by clicking the model faces where you want to view surface curvature combs.

Allows you to select faces in the graphics area and displays surface curvature combs for those faces. |

Dynamic
|
Displays surface curvature combs at points you select dynamically in the graphics area. |
Curvature Display
Options available in this section are controled by the Display type selected.
| Mesh preview |
Available when the Display type is Persistent. Applies a preview mesh on the selected faces to better visualize the surfaces.

| Mesh density |
Available when the Display type is Persistent and you select Mesh preview. Adjusts the number of lines of the mesh.
|
| Curvature combs |
Available when the Display type is Persistent. Activates the displays curvature combs for the selected faces.
Select at least one of these options:

Direction 1
|
Toggle the display of curvature combs along Direction 1.
|

Direction 2
|
Toggle the display of curvature combs along Direction 2.
|
For either direction, select Edit Color to modify the comb color.

Adjusts the size of the curvature combs. |
| Density |
Adjusts the number of lines of the curvature combs display. |
