Before calling this method, call ISimpleFilletFeatureData2::GetFilletItemAtIndex to get the pointer with which to specify PFilletItem. 

The type of value returned by this method corresponds to the ISimpleFilletFeatureData2::ConicTypeForCrossSectionProfile setting.
