To display stress analysis results:

After calculating stress analysis results, click a plot type (MotionManager toolbar) to display it:

Stress Plot
Deformation Plot

Factor of Safety Plot

Click the stress analysis plot flyout

(MotionManager toolbar) to view the plot choices.
