Updating and Deleting Labels

You can update or delete the labels assigned to file and folder versions.

  1. Select the folder or file and click Display > History or History (toolbar).
  2. In the History dialog box, under Event, click the label.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To change the label, type a new Name, a Comment, or both.
    • To delete the label, clear the Name.
  4. Click Update.
    If you are deleting a label, you are asked to confirm the update.
  5. Click Close.
