Using Advanced Search

Advanced search gives you additional options to make your searches more precise.

To use Advanced Search, click Find Content > Advanced Search.

You can search for content that contains:
  • A group of words
  • A specific set of words such as 9v battery connector
  • A specific part number
  • One or more words

You can also search for content that excludes one or more words.

Other advanced search options include:
  • Search by specific content type (Parts & Assemblies, Library Features, 2D Blocks, and Macros)
  • Search by supplier
  • Search by category
  • Search by minimum rating
  • Search datasheets

You can combine any of these search types.
