You can access the Properties dialog box in the
Display in a List view 
by selecting a row and then clicking
Show Document Properties
.
In the Display in a List view dialog box, column titles for
configuration-specific properties appear in blue. Properties with a white background
are associated with the selected file. Properties with a gray background are not
associated with the selected file.
To specify the file path for new documents, click Browse and
select a folder for the Default Destination. After selecting
a folder, click Apply.
