You can select all the assembly components that are visible from a standard or current view.
To select components by view:

Do one of the following:
- On the Standard toolbar, expand the Select
flyout and click Select by Views.
- Right-click an empty region of the graphics area and, on the context toolbar, expand the Select flyout and click Select by Views.
- In the Select Components by View dialog box, select one or more views.
Components that are visible from the selected views are selected.
