You can control linear arrows with Fixed Size
Arrow and Fixed Length in the Properties pane for markups.
Fixed Size Arrow
ensures that a linear arrow always
remains visible by specifying that its size must remain fixed, regardless of the zoom
factor. Fixed Length
specifies the required length of the
fixed size arrow.
