When you use a general tolerance, you can display a symmetrical
tolerance within the dimension text.
The displayed tolerance is based on the tolerance class specified in parts and
assemblies, in , under General tolerance.
To display general tolerances:

Click Location Dimension
or Size Dimension
(MBD Dimension
toolbar).

In the PropertyManager, under Tolerance/Precision, for Tolerance
Type, select General with
tolerance.
