By default, the display of dimension text with respect to the leaders follows the selected dimensioning standard. You can override the default display.
To override the default alignment for dimension text:

Click Options
on the Standard toolbar, or click .
- On the Document Properties tab, expand Dimensions.
- Click a dimension type, for example, Angle.
- In Text position, select a position, for example, Broken Leader, Horizontal Text
.
- Click OK.
