Example: Creating a Partial Chamfer

You can create partial chamfers for offset face chamfers by specifying lengths along model edges.

1. Click Chamfer (Features toolbar) or Insert > Features > Chamfer.
2. Right-click the edge shown and click Select Tangency.
   
   
3. In the PropertyManager:
   1. Under Chamfer Type, click Offset Face .
   2. Select Full preview.
   3. Select Partial Edge Parameters.
   4. In Start condition, select Distance offset.
   5. Set Offset distance from start point to 20mm.
   6. In End condition, select Distance offset.
4. Drag the handles approximately as shown.
