With the integration, you can:
- Link incoming emails directly to records to provide a complete
history and improved visibility.
- Access emails from the Emails tab in the Property
Card.
- Create records based on a message. For example, an organization
can convert a customer request into a process or a case for evaluation.
- Access emails and other information saved in SOLIDWORKS Manage
through the Manage tab in SOLIDWORKS PDM
File Explorer.
