Complete Redesign of the Simple Fillet/Chamfer Feature API

• Allows you to initialize a fillet or chamfer feature using a smaller set of parameters and extend the feature using a feature data object.
• IFeatureManager::CreateDefinition, IFeatureManager::CreateFeature, IPartialEdgeFilletData, and ISimpleFilletFeatureData2::Initialize nowsupersede IFeatureManager::FeatureFillet3 for creation of:
  • Constant radius fillets
  • Offset face chamfers
