Properties/Preferences PropertyManager

The Properties/Preferences PropertyManager has tabs for Project Properties, Bill of Material, Specifications, and Characteristic, plus other tabs for specific tools.

You can access tabs in the Properties/Preferences PropertyManager by selecting a tab in the Table Manager or by clicking a specific tool.
